Imagine going through life without being able to read and write, in your own or any other language! How would you make a living? How could you educate and care for your family? What impacts would this have on your family’s health, your self-confidence and empowerment, your role in the life of your community and country? This problem affects hundreds of millions of people around the world, and many right here in our own community. What is being done about this critical issue?
Come find out.
